Do NOT bring glass bottles. We do not want any broken glass on site to keep the campsite safe for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and everyone else after the festival is over. If you are found walking round with glass bottles they will be confiscated until the festival is over.
We have neighbours very close to the site that we don’t want to upset with noise. There are new houses built in the last couple of years. So please don’t bring sound systems to use in your camping area. Anyone found playing amplified music will be asked to turn it off and return the system to their vehicle.
Fires and disposable barbecues are NOT allowed on the grass.
Concrete slabs are available to go under disposable BBQs to protect the grass.
Fire pits with legs or BBQs on legs are permitted on the field.
Alternatively there are campfire pits in the woods surrounding the field.
Please put all of your rubbish in a black bag and take it to the skip in the car park at the end of festival.
Additional black bags are available from reception.
The first aid post will be staffed most of the day. After the entertainment finishes if there is no one at the first aid post please go to reception who will be able to contact first aiders.
There is zero-tolerance to illegal drugs within Scouting. If any one at the Network Festival suspects that any adult on site has taken or is in possession of illegal drugs then we will contact the police and report this incident to Gillwell.
