No parking allowed in the top carpark (closest to main field) this is for kit drop-off only.
Please park on sides of driveway in purple area shown.
Car park stewards will be around to show you where to park.
No vehicles are allowed on the fields.
Parking is limited so please car share where possible.
We may need to double park some cars, so will ask for your car registration plate and mobile number at check-in. If you do block someone in please leave your mobile phone number on view in your car.
If you need to park close to camping for accessibility reasons please contact the team via our social media channels and we will put arrangements in place.
Festival starts at 4pm on Friday 4th of July.
If you arrive before 4pm please find a space to camp in the camping areas marked, then come and check in after 4pm.
If there is a queue for check-in at 4pm, you can come back at bit later. You will not need your event wristband until after 8:30pm on the Friday for Bingo, or after 6:30pm if you have pre-booked catering.
You can get your event wristband from reception after 4pm. You will need your wristband to take part in any activities, access the evening entertainments or get any pre-booked catering.
To check-in you will need your completed medical form and ID to prove you are 18+ the only forms of ID we accept are passport or driving licence.
You can also pick up pre-booked clothing and purchase festival merchandise in reception.
Reception is open for check-in until the silent disco finishes on Friday (1am). We are then re-open on Saturday and Sunday for late check-ins, info and general help.
